Very well written and thought out, IMO. IMHO, sometimes the ONLY thing that works with people like that is smacking them upside the head with their own holy book. I would also send a copy of this letter to the Chicago Tribune and her hometown paper and their websites. Even if she doesn't get a clue, maybe a few other people will.
