Seems to me, the so-called "serious conservatives" need to be shown the ravings of the Republican base, and invited to join the Democrats and other grown-ups. ALL Republicans should be asked if they really hate science and learning, believe gay people intend to steal their marriages, and equate pressing one for English with communism. Because those are the key traits of their political party.
