I can't see that page, but I know of one major IQ study from quite a few years ago now which gave, IMS, a 0.12 of an IQ point lead to women.

Iirc, the main difference that's been found is in standard deviation, with women having a lower SD in IQ scores than men. There seems to be a fair bit of bad science in gender studies though, so I couldn't say how strong that evidence is.

Although that said, I seem to remember the difference has been found fairly consistently and is quite marked, with something like a 4:1 ratio of men:women with IQs under 60 and over 140.

But if it is bullshit created in the lab, it wouldn't surprise me: I also know of one other major IQ study, a meta-analysis, which was roundly criticised for only using studies which gave an IQ lead for men to form the overall result.
